Our CU uses quarterly Credit Bureau data to segment, pre-approve and target certain types of members for various products. We then use mailers and web banners on our Online Banking product to make the offers.

Thanks, Fred. I'm finding that CU's are ahead of the curve in using all kinds of marketing tools, though not so much new media. Can the banners be customized by segment?
